Over the past 35 years The Seal has built a reputation for quality food at reasonable prices. Wherever possible the produce we use in our food is locally sourced and the best quality available.

This winter we are running a Winter Special Menu, this is available Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, Lunchtime and Evening. This is a £9.95 Two Course Menu where you choose a starter or dessert to accompany your main course.

Main Menu

Our Main Menu brings together traditional pub food such as Steak and Kidney Pies, Bangers and Mash, North Sea Cod, Smoked Haddock Fishcakes, Lamb Shank and a selection of Steaks.

A childrens menu is also available and many of the adult size Main courses can be offered in childrens portions. A selection of Vegetarian options are also available.

Boards

This is where the fun starts! The Boards contain a wide range of Starters and Main Courses, influenced not only by Traditional English flavours but also by Northern and Southern European tastes with some occasional Southeast Asian flavours. There will always be something to appeal to most palates.

Fish

Selsey has always been a lively fishing community renowned for not only its Crab and Lobster but also Black Bream and Sea Bass.

All our Desserts are Home Cooked on the premises.
