Tasting Notes
Abbot Ale a dry traditional copper coloured ale with a slight bitter and burnt wheat flavour. It is full-flavoured and smooth with a superb hop balance. Brewed in Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, the name harks back to medieval times when the servants of the local Abbot had the job of producing his beer!
