What you need to know
- Our staff will endeavour to check if you are signed up to our loyalty scheme but please make them aware if you would like to collect your points on your account.
- Points can only be added at the time of payment and can only be added in respect of your own purchases.
- Points not claimed can not be added to your account after.
- Points are not transferable.
- If you lose your card or account details we will not be able to locate your account and you will therefore lose the points.
- Points do not have a cash value and only rewards available on the app can be redeemed.
- Your mobile number or QR code from the app is required when collecting or redeeming points at the time of transaction.
