The Seal ran a Macmillan Tea Afternoon on Saturday 27th January.
We would like to say a big thank you to everyone for showing their support and helping us to raise money & awareness for the charity.
We had a lovely afternoon enjoying tea, cakes and finger sandwiches. With proceeds of the day being donated to Macmillan Cancer Support, along with the money raised on the raffle, guess how many sweets in the jar and the four meat raffles that ran during January.
We raised £180 on the raffle alone. The total amount raised will be announced later in the week.
There was a lot of positive feedback from the event and we hope to run this again in the near future.
