Spencers Brewery has recently opened just outside of Selsey, currently producing a range of 4 real ales. The first of these to be sampled is ‘Crafty Bitter’ which is now available.
We are very excited to announce that Dave has kindly given The Seal exclusive rights to the first batch!
We are a small 6-barrel microbrewery located on the south coast of West Sussex, just outside of Selsey. We strive to produce a range of quality craft ales, and are happy to listen to our customers feedback. We believe that brewing beer is more art than science, and so whilst we are happy to learn new brewing techniques, and are aware that some of the science cannot just be ignored, we firmly believe that the creative flair of the brewer is more important, and will ultimately lead to that pint that we all love to enjoy.

Dave has told us that Crafty Bitter will be featured at Yapton Beerex this weekend, organised by Western Sussex CAMRA.
