Nipper Bitter is a straw coloured, light and refreshing, with a distinguishable balance of malt and hops, and a satisfyingly morish after-bite Its character displays the familiar qualities of traditional brewing at its best, using only four ingredients, resulting in an honest and rewarding mouth-feel and shining clarity.
